Group Guidelines

 

This group is a safe place to express ourselves openly without judgment or prejudice. This is a group for men and women of all ages to share and learn ways to better help themselves be well. To be well one must feel safe! "Anonymity" What is heard and said in this group stays in this group. We do not speak about others to anyone outside the group! Please keep topics to health and wellness. What do you need to be well, what do you do to be well, what keeps you from being well, what is wellness to you? This is a place to find alternative answers to questions concerning wellness. This is a place to be open and share your painful experiences in order to release negative energy. We do not dwell on the negative once we have released it! “Be Well”

 

 

The group is a place to share and receive caring advice from others going though similar experiences. Pain is pain we all have it but are experiencing it in our own ways. While in group please keep your questions brief and to the point; everyone needs a chance to share. There are no silly questions! Be respectful of other’s voice. No cross talking, when someone is talking please wait until they are finished before talking.

 

*Ways to eliminate pain:

 

Release your care to a higher power outside yourself. Be open to new ideas Be open to others and what they have to share. People come from many different walks of life and have many different beliefs. This group will be open to topics on illness and wellness, if someone is talking about something you do not believe in or feel uncomfortable with, please refrain from being judgmental.
